How enquiries are processed

The website uses Web3Forms to transmit contact-form submissions to JustWorking. Submitted information is used to understand and respond to your product, partnership, or engineering enquiry. We do not use enquiry information to create public testimonials or sell contact lists.

Analytics and tracking

On the production domain, the site may use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate website usage and Microsoft Clarity to understand page interactions and improve usability. These services may use cookies or similar technologies and may process device, browser, approximate location, navigation, and interaction information under their own policies. Analytics is not loaded on localhost development environments.

Third-party services

The website links to or uses Web3Forms, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and the separately hosted AssistBuddy product. Information handled by those services is governed by their respective privacy practices.

Retention and security

Enquiry information is retained only as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records, resolve disputes, or meet applicable obligations. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, so please do not submit passwords, financial credentials, or other sensitive secrets through the form.
